Training for Warriors (TFW)
If you want to build strength, improve conditioning, lose fat and/or gain muscle, Training for Warriors will deliver results. TFW system is a fitness program originally created for combat/MMA athletes more than 15 years ago. But over that time, it was recognized that the training of TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good.

Train like a boxer without getting hit! KAAOS Kombat is an intense total-body workout that will improve your strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, speed, coordination and balance. You must have boxing wraps and boxing gloves to participate in this training.
Ropes, Abs, and Medicine Balls (R.A.MB)
R.A.MB is a aerobic and resistance training class using the jump rope and medicine ball. The class is designed to be easy to follow and will target fat loss, muscle building and healthy heart fitness.
The TRX is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movement and dynamic positions.
DC360 Athletic Training
The purpose of DC360 is to codify the proven methods, techniques & protocols developed at IMG Performance and establish a comprehensive platform that engages and drives athletes at every level developmentally, and inspires all athletes to be at their best when their best is needed.
You are ultimately responsible for your fitness, but the trainer will assist you and be there to answer questions, support you and make sure the exercise are SAFE!
Monday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
Friday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
