Training for Warriors (TFW)
If you want to build strength, improve conditioning, lose fat and/or gain muscle, Training for Warriors will deliver results. TFW system is a fitness program originally created for combat/MMA athletes more than 15 years ago. But over that time, it was recognized that the training of TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good.
Saturday: 12:00 - 1:00pm
Kettlebell's will give you a full-body workout. You will work aerobically, improve your mobility and range of motion while increasing your strength without increase your mass. Plus, you will burn major calories.
Train like a boxer without getting hit! KAAOS Kombat is an intense total-body workout that will improve your strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, speed, coordination and balance. You must have boxing wraps and boxing gloves to participate in this training.
Thursday: 5:30-6:30am & 7:00-8:00pm
This workout involves calisthenics like pushups, pull-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. Your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Power Training will work your total body with power exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Presses and other total-body exercises. This training will build lean muscle and strength, boost metabolism and improve your athletic performance.
Monday: 5:30-6:30am & 6:00-7:00pm
Ropes, Abs, and Medicine Balls (R.A.MB)
R.A.MB is a aerobic and resistance training class using the jump rope and medicine ball. The class is designed to be easy to follow and will target fat loss, muscle building and healthy heart fitness.
DC360 Sport Performance
DC360 is designed to improve the athletes fitness level for the purpose of improving their ability to preform a given sport. We will simulate a movement or exercise in the weight room with the intention, that it will transfer to the playing field, regardless of what that field or sport is!
Open gym is not a class or personal training! You are working out on your own. Ultimately you are responsible for your fitness, but the trainer will assist you and be there to answer questions, support you and make sure the exercise are SAFE!
Monday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
Tuesday: 6:30-12 noon and 8:00-10:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
Thursday: 6:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
Friday: 7:30-9:00am and 8:00-10:00pm
