What Vitabot is?

Vitabot is an online meal-planning & nutrition software tool that uses a large food database (including the United States Department of Agriculture Food Database) and nutrition standards from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (formerly the Institute of Medicine) to calculate a user’s nutrient requirements and help guide food choices.
