DC360 Sport Performance

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until August 31, 2019
DC360 is designed to improve the athletes fitness level for the purpose of improving their ability to preform a given sport. We will simulate a movement or exercise in the weight room with the intention, that it will transfer to the playing field, regardless of what that field or sport is!
